Aventura Grand Cove – Facade renovation

This consisted of us having to demo overhang to give a more modern look by raising the parapet by approx 10ft throughout the plaza.

Scope of work:

Demo overhang
Frame out the parapet with 16 gauge metal framing
Run all electrical for signage of tenants and light fixtures
Do sheathing of framing with plywood
Install metal lath to be ready for plastering
Painting
Installation of molding
Installation of new awning

Grand Island Place

We have two projects at this multi-family and commercial space, which is to build out a barber shop and nail salon.

Residential

Presidential estates – This South Florida luxury single family community consists of homes ranging in size and style. We have done interior renovations, and structural remodel to a single family home.

Scope of work:

Patio extension
Add 3rd bedroom on existing 2nd floor
Upgrade kitchen – cabinetry, appliances and counter top
Crown molding

Eastern Shores – A complete ground up construction of a luxury waterfront home approximately 5,000 sqft. This projects consisted of the pre-construction planning and will continue through the final finishings.
